British High Commissioner meets President Anura Kumara Dissanayake

British High Commissioner (HC) Andrew Patrick met with Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake today (2) to reinforce diplomatic relations.
The HC congratulated the President on his recent election and shared well wishes from King Charles III and UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
Discussions focused on enhancing Foreign Direct Investments, educational collaboration, and support for Sri Lanka’s International Monetary Fund (IMF) programme and debt restructuring efforts.
