Rajasthan Royals Grab Both Theekshana and Hasaranga

Sri Lankan duo Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva and Maheesh Theekshana were purchased by Rajasthan Royals during the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction held in Saudi Arabia today.
Theekshana, who previously played for Chennai Super Kings, was acquired for INR 4.4 crore (approximately LKR 15 crore). Theekshana had already played for the Royals franchise as he represented Barbados Royals during the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
Shortly after, Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva was purchased for INR 5.25 crore (approximately LKR 18 crore) by the same team. Hasaranga, the former Sri Lanka skipper, had previously played for Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL.
